Hi, I'm Jeane, (left) and I own All Things Maternity. Let me tell you a quick story about how this business came about. If you are interested, that is. If not, and all you care about is getting in here and buying some great stuff at great prices, then what the heck, skip this part and come on down and I'll tell you in person.
This business was literally a light bulb clicking on. My daughter, Jessica, (see above), my daughter-in-law, my sister-in-law, and two other individuals (family friends), were all pregnant within a couple months of each other. One girl was plus size, one very tall, one very short, one tiny, etc.  Also, two were homemakers and three were professional people. Needless to say, not one of these girls could wear the same clothes! After numerous trips all over town trying to find clothing that "worked", and finding very little, Jessica and her best friend came home very disgruntled. Jessica, in her frustration, said to me, "You know what this town needs, Mom, is a resale maternity clothing store! Where can we find one of those?" And just like that...."ta-da", All Things Maternity was born. It took us (my mother, me, daughter and daughter-in-law) a loan, 6 months of serious clothing searching and shopping, finding a space, and lots of paint and hard work, but we succeeded and here we are....(now) 3 years later, with a very nice business and lots of new friends (customers who quickly become repeat customers and our best advertisers). In fact, most bring the new baby back for a visit!

September 25, 2008: Just updating the site to bring you up to speed on how things have changed and grown in the past 3 years since we opened this website. I'm happy to annouce that, since the word got out, we are busier than ever! I have expanded until we are busting at the seams! Our inventory is more than tripled in size, and all of our items are less than 3 years old. We now have (and usually maintain an average of) over 3000 pieces. Along with all that maternity wear, we also carry some nursing wear, bras, nursing coverups, several styles of slings, wraps, baby-carry bags, and other baby-wearing items.

NEW UPDATE, DEC. 4, 2009:  The daughter who inspired this business is due in January with Baby No. 2! She has thoroughly enjoyed Mom owning a maternity wear store. She actually got to take advantage of it from the beginning this time.

New Update as of March 2010!
JAXON REED ROBINETT arrived on January 7th, 2010. He is a beautiful little baby, and a delight to his big brother. Jessica is finding that two children are somehow MUCH more than twice the work.
Business is great. We just keep growing stronger every day. We were able to have a booth at the 2010 Baby Expo this year and had a great time. Many, many pregnant ladies stopped by. Course it helped that the Cake Ball booth was right next to us!  Helped them, not me!!
We are also happy to announce that you can FIND US ON FACEBOOK. Just search for All Things Maternity, and become a Fan! Thanks!

Our customers speak for themselves:

R. L. "We (my mom and I) had so much fun picking out clothes. There were so many to choose from that I wore myself out trying them all on. And they don't care how many items I take in the dressing room! And if I wanted something from a mannequin, she was happy to "strip the girls" as she called it. My husband says I had too much fun, since I spent over $100! But I sure got a lot more for my money than buying new!"

B. D.  "I am a plus size, that says it all. I also work in a professional environment and need nice, business-type clothing. This store was a wonderful find. They have a lot of plus things and, for once, I actually enjoyed shopping. Well, at least as much as you can when buying maternity clothing. Thank you All Things Maternity for a pleasant experience."

J. H. "...even my husband enjoyed our trip to your store! Of course, he just sit on the couch and read People, but at least he wasn't fussing around me and telling me to hurry up!  Mary helped me find some really cute summer dresses, (I'm due in August) and way too many spring and summer tops! All in all, we were very happy with the entire visit and definately plan to come back!

S. B. "I'm never paying full price for another piece of maternity clothes! Your place is great! AND you have a play room for my toddler! Right next to the dressing room! And he had a great time. It made the whole shopping experience ten times better!  We will be back!

("We" meaning I help him with these particular jobs, because I looooove sunshine and power tools!) Not much on the website right now because I'm supposed to be building it and I haven't had a lot of time lately. But at least he has one and it has his name and phone number! I will be adding lots of pics of jobs well done, including before-after jobs. He's safe. I know, I've been married to him for 12 years!
